HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LOCAL BEYOND JEWELRY?

So you purchased a one of a kind Local Beyond piece, here are a few tips to make sure it stands the test of time. Always remove your jewelry before entering the water. Avoid jewelry coming in contact with lotions, perfumes and hand sanitizers. The materials I use are of the highest quality. My jewelry is made of real genuine materials from the earth and will naturally tarnish over time. Cleaning with a polishing cloth is recommended to restore shine.   

WHAT IF I DON'T SEE WHAT I WANT?

I produce small batches, which means some pieces may go quickly. If you do not see anything in my shop it is because it has likely sold and I am hard at work on the next update/restock. You can sign up for my newsletter to be updated on release time and dates or follow along on my social media platforms @thelocalbeyond to be updated as well.  

RETURNS

Due to the handcrafted nature of my items, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Although, my goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item if you have any issues.

I do not accept refunds based on wrong size. Please know/check your ring size prior to purchase. Most local jewelry counters will size your finger for free or for a small fee. 

SHIPPING

All ready to ship pieces will be shipped within 3 days from the date of payment. Made-to-order pieces could take up to 5 weeks for fabrication and shipment from the date of payment. 

Please note that once the package has left my hands, it is in the hands of USPS, it is no longer my responsibility for lost packages. I am a one woman show, and unfortunately can not afford to replace items lost by shipping carriers.  Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to checkout. If your package is lost in transit please contact your local Postal Service.

I try to reduce my footprint as much as possible by packing orders in eco friendly materials and reuse as much as I can. 

I ship via USPS and will provide tracking information for you.
